Shipping Policies

We ship via UPS, FedEx and USPS. The vast major of our merchandise is shipped via UPS or FedEx ground within 3 to 5 business days of order placement. Below are shipping rates for the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii need to be calculated manually and we will inform you of additional shipping costs via email confirmation.

Note: All orders over $100 ship Free via UPS ground and any order amount greater than $150 offers optional discounted 2nd Day shipping $10 or Next Day shipping $20 fees.

Backorder Policy

If you order includes stock and non stock items, please contact us if you would like to make partial shipment or hold your order for complete shipment. We will keep you advised on your back ordered time status.

Return Policy

Please notify our customer service department of any damaged, missing or mistakenly shipped product within 48 hours of delivery to obtain a return authorization number (RMA#). All returns must have prior authorization.

We offer a comprehensive 30-day return policy for all other merchandise, however they are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns must be shipped prepaid. The 30 day policy allows our customers the peace of mind that they found the right baseball equipment store on the internet.
