Q.    What is your return policy?

A.    Please notify our customer service department of any damaged, missing or mistakenly shipped product within 48 hours of delivery to obtain a return authorization number (RMA#).  All returns must have prior authorization.

We offer a comprehensive 30-day return policy for all other merchandise, however they are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Returns must be shipped prepaid.  The 30 day policy allows our customers the peace of mind that they found the right baseball equipment store on the internet.

Q.    How do you ship and how much does it cost?

A.    We ship via UPS, FedEx and USPS ground within 3 to 5 business days of order placement.  Shipping rates start at $13.90 for one item orders for the 48 contiguous United States.  Alaska and Hawaii may need to be calculated manually and we will inform you of additional shipping costs via email confirmation.  See our Shipping Policy page for complete chart of shipping rates per order size. 

Q.    What if I order an item not in stock?

A.    If you order includes stock and non stock items, please contact us if you would like to make partial shipment or hold your order for complete shipment.   We will keep you advised on your back ordered time status.

Q.    What payment methods do you accept?

A.    We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal as payment options on our website.  If you would like to mail in check or money order, contact us.  Mail in Check and money order payment option may add 10 - 15 additional days of order processing time before shipment is possible.  The payment options we have chosen, ensures that no matter the customer, there will be no restrictions on receiving payment.  Please contact us if you have any other questions regarding payment.
